Back Surgery

It’s over. The operation was monday morning and I got home around 1 pm yesterday. It was 100% successful at fixing the pain. The only things that hurt now are the wound itself and my fat lip from where the breathing tube pressed against it. I am truly grateful that things went so well. They were pretty amazed at the hospital, I was up and walking a lot more than most the night after the surgery.
Minime is here making sure that I’m ok a lot. Roomie is also being quite wonderful. BigBro even sent the most beautiful flowers. I am blessed.
I am actively working at healing well. That’s my job for the next 2 weeks while I’m off of work.
The whole experience was surreal. I’ll write more about that when I can sit for a little longer.
