Yeah!!! Progress on my bedroom is happening.  I trimmed back the caulk around the windows while Roomie sanded, nailed up corner bead, patched, plastered, and basically did 90% of the work.  My hands and back ache from an hour of cutting and scraping.  It ain’t fair.  Sigh.
